Directors

Richard Goodier BSc

Initially, after graduation, Richard worked with large chemical and petroleum companies such as Shell, Amoco and African Explosive, spending 4 years working abroad. On his return to the UK, Richard worked in a major operations and technical management role in agricultural chemicals, before becoming business director and Head of Division for a large international chemical group, where his ability for innovation and carefully-calibrated risk-taking drove the business to the top of the European performance league. In the year 2000, Richard set up independently, co-founding and leading High Growth.

It is Richard's experience as a senior manager/Director/MD in a range of different companies, recruiting team members and managing teams, which enabled him to develop the insights which have made High Growth's recruitment activities both distinctive and highly successful.

When not working with clients, or designing ever-better approaches to recruitment, Richard enjoys swimming and sailing (in warm, blue seas under hot, blue skies), drinking good wine and imbibing the occasional bit of culture.
