Targeting is primarily done through creative
advertising campaigns in carefully selected
channels, predominantly online.
High Growth creates distinctive advertisements
for maximum impact, recognising that effective
advertising is critically important to achieving
the best results.
High Growth generates a lot of interest in most
jobs, leading to an excellent pool of quality
applicants, whilst positioning the employing
company positively and truthfully.
Support
We support all newly appointed middle and senior level people
with business coaching, typically for 3
months, and beyond if it is in the interests
of the client and the new incumbent.
We work with the new employee to help them
develop their own personal plan to ensure a
smooth transition into the company, and then
we provide them with the strategies they need
so that they can stick to that plan. This is a
standard part of High Growth Recruitment's
services.

THE POSITION
High Growth job descriptions are live documents that use active language. We look at accountabilities of the job, including staff, budget, internal and external contacts and the decision-making authority within the role. We define the skills, knowledge and experience being sought as well as the ideal personal characteristics.
High Growth can support your business to facilitate a culture change by focusing on candidates who have the requisite different characteristics and by coaching your existing personnel.
Assess
Screening conversations with the best
applicants follow on from the structured sifting of each CV. Then High Growth brings together a
small group of the top candidates and facilitates
a Selection Day in front of the client.
The
Selection Day comprises individual and group
exercises and scenarios tailored to the position,
and also generic exercises that demonstrate the
thought processes and reactions of candidates
who may have less experience in a particular
field.
We do this to be able to match the aptitude, behaviour
and motivation of the individual candidates to
the company culture that they will be working in.
This Selection Day is led by the High Growth
team with senior members of the recruiting
company observing throughout.
Then, typically, three candidates will be invited
for individual interviews to a special format
developed by High Growth.
Recruit
We work with our clients, acting as the
intermediary to determine how the offer for the
chosen candidate should be structured,
advising on salary levels and the benefits
package relevant to the position.
We can handle
the letter of offer for the candidate and ensure
that this is received and understood, and
explore any aspects that they wish to look at in
more detail.
We can also arrange for a legal
overview of the contract with an independent
body.
